Barbara Korabel did an amazing job finding a home for my husband and I when we moved to Middletown a few months ago. After just meeting us and showing us a few houses she was able to determine what type of home was best for our lifestyle and sure enough we went out the next day and found the perfect place for us. Barbara is very knowledgeable about the area, is a quick study on homes, what work they'll need, if the appliances and systems are in good working order and if it will be a good resale down the road. I was most impressed by her amazing negotiation skills and the ability to keep on top of everyone from the banker to the lawyers. It was truly a pleasure working with Barbara on our NY move!
