Billy listed and sold one of my rental homes. Prior to that, he managed the homes he sold plus three others that will eventually be put on the market. Billy is trustworthy, dependable, and negotiates gently but gets the message across without using a sledge hammer. I appreciate what he has done for me as a client and look forward to Billy selling the other three homes in a short period of time.
