After our Dad passed away we were well aware that our mom couldn't live by herself in Florida. My brother met Tina at an open house and knew right away that she would be the realtor to sell our mom's house. This was an extremely stressful time for our family, but Tina made the process of putting the house on the market an absolute breeze. She went above and beyond what was expected and was always available to answer questions and address concerns! We highly recommend Tina!!

On a scale of one to ten she is a ten across the board which is why we just signed another listing contract with her. Very professional but still very personable.

Tina was very professional and I would definitely recommend her to others. She was a duel agent with our transaction and handled it fairly. Her clients come first and she goes above and beyond.

Tina was fantastic to work with. Available to help, inform, support, research -all of it. We have interviewed several agents--even worked with a couple of others on other projects. Tina is the best of the bunch, by far!

From start to finish, Tina was wonderful! We met her at an open house where she was very attentive to showing us that property while listening to what we were looking for in a second home. Her follow-up was immediate and, in a very hot market, she was on top of getting us into properties quickly. Once we found our new home and we had to return to Pittsburgh, Tina took over. She helped arrange the inspections, attended for us and negotiated very well to get a number of repairs completed. Even after closing, she has stayed in touch with us, assisted us with a number of follow-up items...and, she listed and sold our other Florida home for a very nice profit. As a PA agent, I understand the buying and selling process. I've been in the business a long time and have to say I always remember the outstanding agents who were great to work with and who got the transaction to the closing table. Tina is right up there among the tops. I would not hesitate to work with her again and I would highly recommend her if you're looking for someone who has attention to detail, is quick to respond and goes the absolute extra mile to provide superb service.

Very appreciative of her knowledge and hard work that was displayed from start to finish. I was very busy with other tasks so Cat took the reigns and knocked it out of the park. She put in lots of personal time, money, and hard work to get the house ready for listing. Was a pleasure and relief to have her on my side. Thanks again for all the help!
