From start to finish, Tina was wonderful! We met her at an open house where she was very attentive to showing us that property while listening to what we were looking for in a second home. Her follow-up was immediate and, in a very hot market, she was on top of getting us into properties quickly. Once we found our new home and we had to return to Pittsburgh, Tina took over. She helped arrange the inspections, attended for us and negotiated very well to get a number of repairs completed. Even after closing, she has stayed in touch with us, assisted us with a number of follow-up items...and, she listed and sold our other Florida home for a very nice profit. As a PA agent, I understand the buying and selling process. I've been in the business a long time and have to say I always remember the outstanding agents who were great to work with and who got the transaction to the closing table. Tina is right up there among the tops.
