Sandy was a blessing and a pleasure to work with!
Before we met Sandy, we were having a very hard time because (1) we needed to relocate quickly and (2) we didn’t know the ins and outs of the Ocala market. But when Sandy started working with us, everything came together seamlessly. She walked us through every step of the process. She reached out to her connections and immediately put together an options list for us to view. When we found the one, she was there with us to sign the contract, to do the walk through with the contractor and even the signing at the corporate office. We were shy and apologetic in these settings, but not Sandy! She was right at home and always ready to advocate for us. She truly went above and beyond and we will always be grateful!

Tina was amazing-went above & beyond! 10/10!
Tina was incredible! Her sound advice, knowledge of the market and willingness to go above and beyond made this a quick and easy process. We were out of state sellers so that made this a more complex transaction. Tina was there to help us navigate every step of the way which led to fantastic results-we signed a contract within 48 hours of listing for a cash offer well over what we initially expected and closed within 3 weeks. Tina has my highest recommendation!

Tina Teraskiewicz works extremely hard to make sure her clients are satisfied. She is very knowledgeable about the Villages real estate market and provides wonderful information about living in the Villages. Tina was organized, thorough and so professional when working with us. She is thorough-she was with us through the entire process-she didn’t drop a ball but made sure every “I” was dotted and every “t” was crossed. Tina worked and diligently for both myself and the sell.
For the seller, she was visiting the house frequently to make sure all was well. She personally bid, awarded and oversaw all of the punchlist items to completion. She showed up just before the hurricane to secure the furniture in the lanai and later to return to normal presentation positions. She personally funded and made right several issues identified later during my visits. For me, she was available to open the house for my review as needed. In my opinion, she went far and above her responsibility to make sure the house was ready and the sale was successful.
