Very knowledgeable and concerned

Sandy was a blessing and a pleasure to work with!
Before we met Sandy, we were having a very hard time because (1) we needed to relocate quickly and (2) we didn’t know the ins and outs of the Ocala market. But when Sandy started working with us, everything came together seamlessly. She walked us through every step of the process. She reached out to her connections and immediately put together an options list for us to view. When we found the one, she was there with us to sign the contract, to do the walk through with the contractor and even the signing at the corporate office. We were shy and apologetic in these settings, but not Sandy! She was right at home and always ready to advocate for us. She truly went above and beyond and we will always be grateful!

Tina was incredible! Her sound advice, knowledge of the market and willingness to go above and beyond made this a quick and easy process. We were out of state sellers so that made this a more complex transaction. Tina was there to help us navigate every step of the way which led to fantastic results-we signed a contract within 48 hours of listing for a cash offer well over what we initially expected and closed within 3 weeks.
