We told Mike our ideal home and location in the Palmetto/Bradenton area. He promptly found all available houses in the area and reviewed them, informing us of the good, bad and the ugly, overall just giving us the same thoughts as if he were to purchase the home for himself. Mike has an extensive knowledge of the market and knew exactly what to look for when we would tour houses. When we put an offer on our home, it was accepted and I was overwhelmed with all the inspections we had to get scheduled and done in such a short amount of time. Mike knew most all of the people and businesses we needed to complete everything which made the process very smooth. He also worked a deal with the seller to get some work done on the house before closing, at the sellers expense which saved us some money. ***We found Mike through a program called homesforheroes, which any veteran, teacher, or first responder qualifies for. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a home to give Mike a call.

Deb has a knowledge of the market and suggested a realistic price for the house. We are out of the state, she cleaned out the closets, cleaned out the pantry. She arranged the furnishings so that the home looked like a show home. She also mailed personal items to us.

Our family was relocating from out of state to the Tampa area. We were pressed for time in finding the perfect home, with only 5 days to search. We presented Troy with a consistent streaming list of homes we wanted to see. Without hesitation Troy made every showing happen for us within that 5 days. He was diligently on time and ALWAYS with a smile, even though he had driven back and forth from Bradenton to Tampa on several occasions during this time. He maintained a level of professionalism we expect from a realtor and we appreciated it very much.
