Reliable, Dedicated, and Got the Job Done

We worked with Debi to sell our home in Florida while living across the country. She supported us every step of the way, even as the market slowed and a hurricane caused major delays — all circumstances completely out of our control. Despite the challenges, Debi stayed committed for the several months it took to sell. She continued to show the home, came up with new ways to get more interest, and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. When we finally got an offer, Debi negotiated strongly on our behalf and made sure we got the best deal possible. We’re so grateful for her hard work, honesty, and determination. Highly recommend her to anyone needing a great real estate agent.

Debi was personable, professional and knowledgable!

We were purchasing a winter place of residence out of State. Debi was able to assist with everything we needed to do to complete our sale! She was wonderful and helped us every step of the way! She always got back to us quickly with any questions and concerns or paperwork we needed to do. We would definitely reach out to Debi if we decide to become full time residents to help us in finding our forever home!

Although we began our search from afar, when we narrowed down our interests she did a couple of previews for us via FaceTime. She helped us find a well suited home. She was encouraging and explained the market dynamics as it pertained to us.
