I was doing my search from Virginia. I trusted Tracy to be my eyes until I could physically get to Florida to do a 2 day MEGA Home search. She was just awesome! She was patient with my needs and wants, and slight indecision. She planned 2 days of running to see as many houses as we could fit in. I had 3 originally that I wanted to see, none of them were "My Unicorn". We looked at 5 more 8 total on the first day. Second day we did about the same. I focused on 2 homes, but found that both had "issues" that I didn't want to get involved with, so I did another once over on the other houses that I saw, and realized that the one at 17999 was the right one. She was there for the inspection, did the final walk through for me, and took care of everything that required "feet on the ground". I couldn't have gotten through it without her professionalism, and patience.
