Jearri was absolutely amazing in the first-time house-hunting process for my husband and I. Along with her husband, Steve, Jearri took the time to actually listen to our wish list, walk through offer and closing processes, was present for the inspection, walk-through, and pretty much every other part of the process you could think of! She made sure to provide comps and disclosures when we were interested in properties, allowing us to make the most informed decision posssible. In addition to searching through her vast array of listings, she made phenomenal recommendations and made us feel like we were her own family with her caring approach! I listed my house on June 14, 2024 with FRED PASSARELLI, Florida Realty Investments (407 467 9520). It went under contract on August 13, 2024, and fully closed on September 6, 2024. Our home sold for $800,000, 91+% of the original listing price and 97% of the adjusted sell price at time of sale. This transaction occurred in what I consider to be a tough market—the buyer selected our house from a substantial number of houses available for sale in Winter Garden and nearby in our price range. Fred successfully managed the entire selling process, including arranging for 2 open houses. What more needs to be said!

Tracy worked with me to both sell my previous home and purchase my new home. I am SO VERY happy that I chose Tracy to work with as I honestly don't know if I could have made it through the ordeal had I chosen anyone else. I am extremely happy with my new home and Tracy was so very helpful in keeping communication open from the title agency. Tracy is very knowledgeable and professional. Tracy did a truly exceptional job. When I first spoke with her about the sale of my house she was able to give me definite "to do's" that would help with the marketing and sale. After that, she helped with the staging. I have sold three houses prior to this one and never have I had a Realtor do as much work as Tracy did. I highly recommend her.
