As a veteran and first-time homebuyer, I worked with Cyleste to find my dream home for my family of six. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right house and ultimately ensured we didn't have to put ANY money forward. She delivered as promised. As a family of six, she made sure we went into a home with minimal work, so we would only have to focus on the move, and that was it. My experience with Cyleste was entirely positive!

From the beginning of our working relationship, Cyleste was very responsive and attentive. She is actively engaged with the client she is working with and also has a great support team around her. In my many experiences of buying and selling homes, she has by far exceeded all my expectations! Cyleste has great integrity and is very trustworthy as a person, and that flows over into her real estate business. She really made a point to get to know me as an individual. I didn’t feel like just another number/source of income. Because of her efforts to know me, I felt that she really represented my interests. Cyleste remained calm and steady in all the little hiccups we encountered. Her calm was always reassuring to me and enabled me to re-calibrate. As a life-long Lakeland resident, Cyleste knows our community, its residents, the real estate market and other realtors very well.
