He helped us find the perfect house for us in Celebration and we are so grateful. He also is there anytime we have a question regarding anything in the town or state. He also helped a friend of ours who needed to sell her parents house in Venice, FL. We are from Massachusetts and couldn't travel during covid. Eugene was prepared to go above and beyond what one would expect from a real estate agent. When we were not sure to handle a moving question, we would reach out to Eugene and he would answer it. When time was running out for us to get everything packed up, Eugene offered to pitch in and help us with our packing. JoAnn had a tough assignment finding a house which would meet our requirements. We had a low price point yet we wanted a house which had personality, trees, was in a quiet area and had no problem with dogs over 50 pounds. She actually found us a gated community with a low HOA which fit our needs perfectly. It was a very competitive market with bids coming in by internet and phone. In the end we had to spend more than we planned and actually made our winning bid at the open house! Thank you JoAnn for all your advice!
