The best of the best
Lancelot has been great he has helped me so much my job gets me home rarely making it very difficult to go see houses I would call lancelot with very little notification of my home time and he always made time to show me as many homes as he could always patient always laughing. In a great mood I called all times of day and no matter how busy always found time to answer my many questions he was very attentive to what I wanted and showed me homes I wanted to see his attitude truly was instrumental in my using him to work with I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help in real-estate

Great experience selling our apartment! We worked with Lancelot to sell our apartment, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received multiple offers the first day it went on the market, thanks in large part Lancelot's incredible work and expertise. He brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our apartment online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. His marketing skills is top notch and can't be beat! He was also wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing on time.

He is very knowledgeable but even if he doesn't know the answer, he will find it for you. He is also very personable and easy to get along with! Extraordinary Realtor
Extraordinary Realtor We live on the west coast and Lancelot handled our entire transaction over the phone and internet. He did everything, set up inspections handled all the paperwork even when we had some special title requirements he just saw that it got done without a hitch. He even helped us find an insurance agent. I’ve worked with a lot of real estate agents and Lancelot is one of the very best.

Very Enjoyable
Working with Mr. Lenard was a very nice and easy experience. It was a tough time dealing with the loss of both parents and he made our lives easier with the handling of the sale of their home. He took care of everything for us and it was greatly appreciated. The home sold quickly and he arranged the closing venue, date and time so that was another task that was taken off our list. So very helpful. Mr. Lenard is a great person and agent to work with.
