Jacki is excellent. As a former real estate professional and someone with a business background, I found Jacki knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to work with. She adapted to new situations and wasn't afraid to tell you the truth in a respectful way. Jackie helped my sister find her first self-owned home (which was no small feat) in record time. There is not one thing I would change about our Agent, Laura Toppin. She took the most beautiful photos of our home and worked very hard to sell it. Fanstasic realtor!! I had to place my mother's condo up for sale on fairly short notice in stressful circumstances. Laura made it so easy and moved so quickly, she was absolutely perfect. Her advice on what to do, and what not to do, to the property for a sale and staging was spot-on, as was her pricing advice. We had a contract in less than a week for a price that well exceeded my expectations, which closed in less than a month. A minor title problem came up and she was right on it and made it her problem, not mine, and had it resolved. I plan to use her for another residence I plan to sell. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

We are retired and wanted to downsize to an apartment. Paul found a young family who were the right fit to buy our home. Paul worked very hard and was always available for our questions and concerns. We did have a difficult time getting to closing no fault of Paul or the buyers or us. The problem was out of our control but we all stayed the course and had a pleasant and fair closing. Paul is a very sharp and calm person despite the stress. He earned his fee many times over.
