Going into this selling process, I was discouraged because of a previous experience with a different agent. I had lost hope that selling doable because of what others were saying wouldn't be possible. Jocelyn came to my home, she spoke with us and broke everything down. Jocelyn is very professional and brings a joyous atmosphere to the house shopping experience. She is real, direct and doesn't sugar coat or give false pretense on what to expect. This "truthfulness" was extremely helpful in finding what I want and where I wanted it. Her attention to detail is incredible and is able to point out both good and bad items that I overlooked. There was never seemed to be a timetable pressure nor did it feel as if she wanted to sell me a house. On the contrary, she wanted me to "Invest in a Home".
