Shane was great to work with. He was availble pretty much whenever we were interested in seeing a house and often scheduled more showings with similar houses in the area. He made the process of buying our first house painless and a very enjoyable experience. We not only purchased our dream home we gained a friend in the process. I'm so happy my sister recommended I call Shane when I was ready to buy a home! I felt so intimidated by the whole process but Shane was so patient in explaining and guiding me through the home-buying process. I always had my 5-year old with me, and he was always so welcoming, never bothered that she was there. He understood and considered what I wanted and what my family needed. "We actually started with another one that really wasn't helpful answering our questions We got a bit frustrated and asked my colleague at work who referred me to Shane. Wished we had reached out to him earlier! :) Shane sets a very high bar; responds very quickly (at all times of the day), knows a lot about home buying (and construction, as a bonus) and helps de-stress first-time buyers with practical advice. His advice during the gnarly negotiation phase was masterful as well!
