I enjoyed working with Shane Kirk . He has the right amount of knowledge , professionalism and relaxed manner to complete all that was needed . I bought a house in September and my prior home sold in 7 weeks with the final closing day. He was always available to answer questions and completed all details with ease. I was nervous on several occasions and he put my mind at ease each and every time with his knowledge , experience and humor. Shane was very professional and patient in helping us to find our home. My husband and I were looking for about 2 years. He helped us to realistically look at our expectations of a home based on what our budget was and the location. He adjusted our search criteria on his website to help us look for homes based on what we had discussed. We were first time home buyers and he walked us through the buying process and every step in closing. He recommended a very helpful lender to get us the loan that we needed/qualified for the home. When my fiancee and I were looking to buy a home, we talked a few realtors and Shane was the best by far. I was surprised by how quickly he would turn things around and how flexible he was. We were able to see any house we wanted within a day or two. He is very knowledgeable about every step of the process- he even has a folder with a checklist that was extremely useful for a nervous first-time homebuyer like me. He goes above and beyond what I consider to be professional- Shane feels more like a friend who happens to be very good a real estate. He helped us navigate more than just house showings- he helped us choose a good mortgage broker, helped us figure out what we wanted to put in our offer letter, and helped us close really quickly. I recommend Shane to everyone I know, and will use him again if we ever move.

I was really lucky to have Shane to find a house in chapel hill last year. I had a realtor before him but I had to cancel the contract because I was not satisfied with the service. Shane was very listening to me and explained in detail anything that I am concerned about. He is also very knowledgeable about everything related to houses. He also found me good companies and people to repair my house such as roof and flooring to name a few. He was eager to help me even after the closing! I really appreciate Shane's help and strongly recommend to others.

I have had a couple of agents before Shane Kirk and was not happy about their services. The main problem was communication. Shane was explaining everything from basic very well and was very patient with repeating questions. I am really satisfied with his clear communication style. Initially, I began working with another realtor. I had known Shane Kirk, though not well. I was not happy with the follow-through or commitment of the other realtor so when Shane contacted me I met with him. I can not say enough good about Shane. I was very overwhelmed with the whole process. A single mom with 2 kids and a difficult animal situation. Shane was so calm and patient. I could not have done this process without him. If I had a question he was there, researched it, and followed through with an answer for me. If I had a concern he worked through it with me. I was able to contact him and he'd be available. There were challenges along the way on the sale of my house and he not only kept me informed, but worked hard on coming up with answers and patiently explained what was going on. I've worked with other realtors and Shane is the first one I really enjoyed working with and that I felt earned his commission! I made the right decision in working with him and I would definitely recommend him to others!

Shane Kirk First impressions always matter and they were very good. We arrived at the office without an appointment and were treated with respect and attention...his cheerful personality made us feel wanted. This attitude continued throughout the selling process. From start to finish he kept us informed and was always quick to reply and address any concerns. We were out of State for most of the selling process so Shane used the internet and telephone to great effect to keep us informed and action the required documents The web page presenting the house was extremely well constructed working on the highlights of the house He had a perfect balance beteen the business side and personality. He is very practical and worked with us to accomplish the repair requests from the buyer Would I recomned Shane a very big yes... a pleasure to work with and gets results
