Using his service depends on your needs
It's difficutl to rate Stephen Hatchey as I used his flat fee listing service and he doesn't really answer any questions related to that. If you have had experience selling your home or if you have a straight forward sale (no investors, or major issues), using the flat fee service is great. I don't advise using it if you think you might want to sell to an investor or need any legal advice. The flat fee service is strictly for listing on the MLS database. Be advised that you will have to pay a percentage rate to the buyer's agent. Stephen's service lists you on the database, but with him as the broker and at least a 2.5% to the buyer's agent. If you don't want to pay anything to any real estate agent, this is not the best way to go.

Do Not Hire
Horrible experience. They were very rude and did not seem to really care about timelines when it came to important, time sensitive contracts. They also forgot to activate our account for scheduling private showings, so we missed out on two days of potential showings at the start of our listing. Would not hire again.

Fast, easy, transparent so all could go smoothly.
Even though we are not in the same city, Stephen kept us informed of what was going on. Documents where sent for any changes and what we were to expect. Closing was quick.

More then i expected
We thought flat fee was zero from listing broker. That was not the case. They fielded phone calls, answered all my questions, promptly emailed us offers, they have a portal for scheduling ahowings and feedback. We sold in one day with 6 offers over asking. We would highly recommend.

a better experience I could not have asked for. they always answered my phone calls. always answered my questions. were quick, efficient, accurate. I can't say enough. Anyone that is selling their home would be foolish not to use flat feet MLS realty

Excellent service! The entire process could not have been easier from the beginning of listing our home to the successful closing. They were there the entire time with immediate responses to our questions. So happy we didn't waste $16k on a listing broker commission!
