I had no contact with Mr. Hachey. All of my communications were with his staff, and I found them to be helpful and very professional. My main complaint was I was not provided with a CMA. The plan I purchased included a CMA, which I never received. It might have aided me in pricing the home correctly.

This is by no means a service for people who don't want to be involved. I got pretty frustrated at times, but they were always there to answer my questions. The title company they use is spot on and even sent somebody to my office to do the closing. Of course there is the consideration of the savings on commission, which is ridiculous. Will use them again.

I had used a similar flat fee brokerage with great success when I sold my house in New Jersey 15 years ago. In this strong seller’s market, being retired and having plenty of time on my hands, it seemed the smart way to go. Of the work required to get my house ready for sale and listed, much of it would have been required of me even if I had used a “full service” realtor. I hired a photographer and a lawyer at very reasonable costs. Filing out the paperwork required a few calls to the Flat Fee MLS Realty friendly office staff. Result: I had a very solid all-cash offer within 3 days, and a close within 3 weeks. I highly recommend this service.
