We had a really tricky sale of our house and purchase of our new one that overlapped with Shelter-in-place. There were so many curveballs and unforeseen challenges that arose. We were grateful to have Adam guide us through all the uncertainty. We felt 100% confidence that he was competent and committed to helping us move forward toward our dream house no matter how unique the situation was. As first time buyers, Adam was incredibly helpful with navigating us through the whole process. He responded almost immediately to all texts and emails we sent his way, even when he was on a personal vacation. He set up several walk-throughs for us, pulled permits for things we had questions about, and was knowledgeable on pretty much every subject we brought up. I definitely highly recommend him.
