Mike is a superb realtor. We have used him to buy two homes and also to sell our current home. I find him skilled as both a buyer's and a seller's agent. He has excellent market insights and listing strategies. He willingly shares his knowledge and expertise but is also respectfully collaborative. He is highly responsive to questions and concerns. He effectively manages all aspects of the transactions. He has excellent contacts for needs that may arise during the buying or selling process. I would highly recommend him without reservations.

We had a really tricky sale of our house and purchase of our new one that overlapped with Shelter-in-place. There were so many curveballs and unforeseen challenges that arose. We were grateful to have Adam guide us through all the uncertainty. We felt 100% confidence that he was competent and committed to helping us move forward toward our dream house no matter how unique the situation was. Communication through the process was great and we always felt comfortable asking for advice or clarity on things we weren't understanding in the process. I couldn't recommend Adam enough!
