As a military Veteran, Kate understands the importance of community and having a place to call home. After 15+ years on the road with her husband’s work and Kate’s military service, they decided to call Greenville home. They chose Greenville because of its smaller community feel, the trail systems, river, schools and amenities. Kate loves being involved in real estate. Exceptional Service From Start to Finish!

Liz made the home buying process very easy and painless, she is great at communicating what the next steps are and how they should be handled. She responded to any questions and concerns in a timely manner. She supported and backed any decisions I made even if she didn't 100% agree with them. She was very patient with me over our 7 year journey to secure a home, answered many questions, and looked at many houses. Excellent experience

Amazing Experience!!

Elizabeth Playter was the perfect realtor. She was understanding, compassionate and really cared about what we as her clients needed. No matter the question or the issue at hand she gave us as much information as she could so that each decision was made in the aspect of what was right for us. She did everything within her power to help us in any way that she could and when things got difficult for us she was there with amazing support going above and beyond what you would expect.
