I worked with Rob initially in setting the sale price of the house. He reviewed comparable home sales with me. I asked him to expand the comparison coverage and he did. We ended up with a good asking price. He communicated updates to me timely and assisted with correcting several issues in the house either by contacting an outside company or correcting it himself. Anne was wonderful after my in-person search helped find a place we had to move quickly on to ensure I didn't loose it. I then had to work remotely from North Carolina through to the day of closing when I returned. Her energy is matched by her communication skills and her goals of making sure I'm happy with the house I got (I am) and connecting me with the people I need in the community to continue to care for my new home.
