We had a wonderful experience with Kelsey as our realtor! As 1st time home-buyers with very specific requirements, busy jobs and a then 10 month old at home, Kelsey walked us easily through the home-buyers process and even managed to get us closed in 30 days, on a VA loan, under asking with a new roof! She didn’t back down from any negotiations yet took care of us to ensure we got the house we fell in love with at a good value. We knew we loved the house when we saw it, but we have had so much fun in the past 2 mos of being here - just a perfect spot for our little family. I’d highly recommend Kelsey - she will drop everything to meet your appointment needs, which is unusual in Charlotte!
