I was never one to want to buy a home. A large sum of money, being connected to myself as a debt, was never appetizing. However, my wife encouraged me to start looking at what I may like. When we found our home that we knew we wanted - we turned to Mary and could not have been happier. Talk about a human being (no, not a realtor - a human being), walking you through the entire process. Mary made sure we were getting what we were contractually obligated to receive, what things we needed to watch for, and all the in-betweens. She took personal time to review our property, seek out solutions to problems, and be available for any and all questions (even if they were elementary). I know realty is a referral heavy business, but I promise, stop looking anywhere else. Mary is the one stop shop who delivered the home we loved. Mary Anderson was the right person for selling my home. She gave me tips on what I can do to improve the look of my home and staged it absolutely beautifully! I was so impressed with her innate decorating style! She was prompt in meeting with prospective buyers and extremely accommodating to them and to me. She walked me through all the steps necessary to sell my home answered all my questions timely and I felt confident and assured everything would go smoothly.
