•My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Wendy, our amazing real estate agent, for over a year, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! Her market knowledge was truly impressive, offering us valuable insights that guided us throughout the process. Wendy was always quick to communicate and incredibly professional, making us feel supported every step of the way. What really stood out was her knowledge, kindness and patience. She took the time to listen to our unique needs, especially when it came to our goal of adding a mother-in-law suite, and she helped make it happen seamlessly. Throughout the entire year, Wendy never put any pressure on us. When it came time to make offers on homes, she was incredibly receptive and never tried to manipulate us into making higher offers. She allowed us to put in offers that we felt comfortable with, which made the process feel respectful and stress-free. We even decided to part ways with our previous agent because our first meeting with Wendy left such a strong impression. It was clear she genuinely cared about our needs, and we are so grateful for her expertise and dedication. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who is not only knowledgeable but also truly cares about her clients, Wendy is the one for you!
Patience and above and beyond are just a few words to describe Todd and his lovely wife. It took a while for our house to sell. In this market along with other road blocks, Todd was there to help every chance he could. They were thinking up new ways to make the house more attractive. Small things I could do to add value at low cost. He was on top of the market and kept me in the loop the whole time. They helped so much, I am extremely grateful for him and his wife. I highly recommend Todd Rentschler as a realtor.
