Patience and above and beyond are just a few words to describe Todd and his lovely wife. It took a while for our house to sell. In this market along with other road blocks, Todd was there to help every chance he could. They were thinking up new ways to make the house more attractive. Small things I could do to add value at low cost. He was on top of the market and kept me in the loop the whole time. They helped so much, I am extremely grateful for him and his wife.
