Melissa was great throughout the entire process. She helped me locate homes and accomondated my work schedule for viewings. Then once I found my forever home, she was there for every step of the negotiation process and got me a even better deal than expected. She answered every question I had, from which there were many as a first time home buyer, and made sure I missed nothing along the way to make sure the deal went through without a single snag. On top of it all, she helped me a build a team that held my best interests first, from a mortgage broker, various inspectors, and title company for my closing process. I have nothing but great things to say about Melissa and I will recommend her to any else who is looking to buy or sell a home.

Traveling to Florida from New York, I had limited time to find a home. When a contingency offer was declined by the builder of my choice, she pulled a rabbit out of a hat on the last day before my flight home. Karen showed me a newly listed property—just on the market for a couple of days—and now I'm moving into a home that's above and beyond my original goal. She also followed up with services and introductions after the sale which not only made the closing go super smoothly, but also the move-in afterwards. I would highly recommend working with Brooks to my own family and friends. She is an absolute professional: communicates clearly, makes sure the buyer is informed of all options, and worked diligently to help me find the home I was searching for. She was able to check every box of wants/needs in what I was looking for. I really can’t say enough good things about Brooks, but I will say I had a different local realtor before her and the level of professionalism & knowledge was no where near what Brooks brings to the table. Her attention to detail and awareness of this area of Florida as a native is absolutely invaluable. She is someone you can trust to do the detail work.
