Starla is Marla Scalone. She is our realtor we nicked named her this because she is real star realtor. We had to get our house sold fast because we found our dream home. She was able to get that under contract with a 3 week contingencie in a sellers market. This sounds like a standard sale but it was far from standard. We had a tenant and family in there that she was going to have to work around. Then our tenant found their dream home. It must have been in the air so fortuantely they moved out. We had to get the place cleaned up. We had her handyman go there and do repairs. She felt the landscape needed to be replaced including sod so we were lucky to get Life Lawn Sevice and they did an amazing job in a very quick time frame. Then she was off to the showdown with only 2 weeks left. She had some looksie loze, some looking for a relator, some that seemed like really good possibbilties, some on the fencers that kept coming back, some Cape Coralers, and some people enjoying her wine and stawberries.
