Colin was incredibly helpful in the house purchasing process. He met with us in person right away and went step by step through the whole process which is something we didn't get with the first realty company (not Fazendin) that we contacted. This was important since we were first time home buyers and were pretty overwhelmed with the whole process. Colin always gave us clear input on each house we were seeing, what he thought was good and what he thought wasn't so good, as well as what we should look out for. Eventually we were discussing the grading of the lawn and the state of the foundation without him event mentioning it. I can't recommend Colin enough; when it is time for us to move and sell our house, we won't hesitate to go to Colin and Fazendin Realtors.

Marla Jean was there to advocate for any need that I had or any question that I posed. She is timely in her responses to email, texts, and phone calls. It was reassuring to know that she has the best interest of her clients in mind both during and after the transaction. No many realtors today are as conscientious as Marla Jean in representing their clients. She is a true professional and younger agents could take a lesson from her on customer service. I am hoping that Fazendin recognizes her for her continued efforts to the profession.
