Marilyn is a consummate profession, with years of experience in handling real estate transactions. She was efficient and explained the prevailing local real estate market clearly, and sold our property quickly. In addition she serves as a “dual agent” at the request of our buyer and with our consent. There were no difficulties proceeding with this arrangement. And our closing took place as scheduled and without any problems.

We love Tara 💛

We love Tara 💛. She is professional above all. Add to that, she is calm, encouraging, ready to answer every question and every need, helpful in providing solutions to issues needing correcting. We found her to be very available, always responding quickly to calls or texts. She is warm and caring. Her work ethic is excellent.
