Our experience with Sarah was outstanding. Sarah was the only realtor that saw our house as having potential to sell over $600,000, and we talked to many realtors with many suggesting $50k less. We think this was a key number because it established a baseline value. We had a total of three offers with one offer at $600,000 and the winning offer at $610,000. This was important because we went to market in August which we knew was not a good time to launch. In hindsight a sale in 90 days seems reasonable, some might say impressive. Her best advice was not to lower our price significantly which is something I was leaning towards at the end. She said, "I'd like to get you more money," which is unusual in this field. (I was hearing from a friend about how successful he was in listing his price way below market value). Sarah helped us market our house with great pictures and promotional material. Sarah's advice on staging our house was also effective. Just about every buyer remarked on how well it showed. In addition, Sarah was always a poised and positive communicator with us and potential buyers. She was also a good listener as we discussed tricky subjects like repairs and inspections. She helped us navigate through these issues without stress. Overall, we are ecstatic.
