It was great. Jerome was amazing. Our time frame was tight and he was super patient with use. We looked at 26 houses in 2 days. Provide great understanding of the areas and was more than willing to add a few unexpected homes into the mix. It was great! Sue listened to my house needs and wants and helped me set up a targeted search. When it came time to make an offer, she helped me arrive at a competitive offer and worked with the selling agent to help them understand why my offer should be considered by the sellers. Throughout the negotiating process, Sue's experience and expertise helped me understand what was negotiable, and what would be something that I should or should not be concerned about. As an inexperienced home buyer, this was a key aspect of why I appreciated working with Sue.

Laurie was highly professional and dedicated to the entire process. I appreciated her insights and feedback when looking at houses (knowledge of schools, neighborhoods, building materials, which flaws mattered, and negotiation points). In terms of selling our house, this was extra special. I am a huge fan of Laurie’s directness and responsiveness, and she worked so hard to get our house sold despite many MANY difficulties, seemingly endless. But it ended and we are happy. We could not recommend Sarah more!! My husband and I met Sarah at an open house (whom she was the agent for) when we were first touring homes by ourselves. We sincerely appreciated her welcoming attitude and emphasis on education when we first met her. As first time homebuyers, we felt like we were in great hands and didn’t feel pushed to find something quickly. Sarah was extremely responsive in answering our questions and helped us with every step of the process.
