•I recently worked with Xine Bouthillier to find my home, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was extremely overwhelmed with finding a home in less than 3 months. From the very start, Xine made everything feel easy and straightforward. Although I was a stressed mess, I new from the start that I was in great hands. What I really appreciated was how responsive she was. Whether I had a quick question or needed updates, she always got back to me right away and continued to guide me through the next steps. Xine really knows her stuff!!!! She gave me great advice about the house shopping process, helped me understand the market, set me up with reputable mortgage and insurance companies, and made sure I didn’t miss any important details. With an app we used, she kept a keen eye on the housing selections I wanted. I felt confident that I was making the right choices with her guidance. She cared about my needs and listened carefully to all my requests before we reviewed the homes. She worked hard to make sure I was happy with every decision. She went over and beyond. Let me repeat that, "OVER AND BEYOND" what you'd expect from a realtor. It was clear that she genuinely cared and wanted what was best for me, not just closing a deal. Overall, my experience with Xine was awesome. She's phenomenal in making things happen. Once my offer was accepted, she made sure I closed in 2 weeks including all inspections. The naysayers said it would take longer to close but Xine handed over the keys to my new home in just 2 weeks after signing the purchase contract. She made what could’ve been a stressful process a lot smoother and way more enjoyable. I definitely recommend Xine Bouthillier to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and phenomenal realtor!!!!
