•Carrie should be your go to gal for all your realtor needs. She made moving from out of state to Colorado a breeze. All of our deadlines were met 100% thanks to her communication with us, our out of state realtor, our mortgage broker, and the sellers realtor. She’s a hard a** in the best way possible. I feel confident we got the best deal and the upper hand of all negotiations thanks to her. Additionally, we’re in our dream home in an area she doesn’t normal service (which says so much about how much she will go out of her way for you). To make it better, she even did some walk throughs and video chatted with us when we weren’t able to make it to several houses we were interested in. I can’t recommend her enough, especially coming from someone who has very little buying experience. She’s knows her stuff and will educate you along the way. 100/5 stars.
