•I just closed on my house yesterday, Sherien Joyner was my agent, it was a rather difficult job for her as I live in a different state! Why do I say that she is the best? 1- Throughout the process, she was very professional, first she went over the property, and gave me a list of needed modifications, according to their priorities. 2- As I mentioned before, being out of state, I could not contact the contractors or oversee their work, Sherien did all that! She suggested several names, gave me her recommendations, and explained why she recommended them. She continuously oversaw the work, every step was done under her supervision, and she always sent me reports and photos of the progress. The final result was much better than I expected and cost me less! 3- My best interest was her prime concern every step of the way, in any situation, she took the time to explain to me all the options, and only when I asked her would she tell me what she thought, she never imposed anything on me. 4- Sherien is a brilliant negotiator, as in every sale, some problems came up, and every single time she negotiated extremely well with the best results. 5. She always kept me updated, either by messaging me or calling me to update me on what was going on, I give her an A+ in communications! 6- Sherien is fully aware of the market and bases her recommendations on thorough research. She researched every step from deciding on the property's price to closing. I am truly grateful to Sherien for all her work and effort in closing on this property, and making it all go so smoothly!
