Robynne was great to work with. Would recommend her to anyone in North Atlanta looking for their dream home! She was patient and knowledgeable. She took our request and suggestions to heart and really understood what we were looking for and what we were willing to compromise on. Throughout the process, she was incredibly professional, worked whatever hours were required, and really held our hands through the entire process. Her suggestions for local contractors also saved us a ton of money.

I appreciated so much Stephanie's knowledge of the area since I was moving from the other side of the state. Her flexibility in scheduling and her expertise in negotiating on my behalf made what I was afraid would be long and difficult, a short, smooth, and worry free process. I love my new home and I will always be grateful for Stephanie's help and guidance.

Stephanie and her son Alex were a pleasure to work with! They took the time to get to know us in order to better assist us with our new Home purchase. Their knowledge of the Alpharetta area and it’s amenities was helpful to get a feel for what would work for our family. They were extremely patient and kind during the whole process. I would highly recommend Stephanie and Alex!

I never imagined that selling and buying properties simultaneously could be such an enjoyable process. Thanks to Lynn Gunkler, it was pain free and worry free experience. Lynn is the best real estate agent ever! She cares deeply for her clients and would never rush you into making any decisions. Her goal is to find that perfect place you would get excited about and eventually call home. She is incredibly knowledgable, flexible, and always available if you have any questions or concerns. She is easygoing and has great sense of humor. Lynn listed and sold my house in one day and helped me to find this awesome condo where I am writing this review. I am eternally grateful to Lynn for always being there for me during this crazy time. Thank you!

We consider ourselves really lucky to have had Lynn as our agent :). It took us couple of months to find our home, and her patience and positive attitude are truly commendable. She went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, starting from educating us on difference possibilities, and ending with the closing on our house. During the process, we have developed not just the client/agent relationship, we feel we gained a trustworthy friend. Should we have to move again (hope not any time soon) Lynn will be our person to go!!! We will have no second thought recommending her to all our friends :).

Lynn was a blessing to work with. Always quick to respond day or night. If you want an agent that will fight to make sure you get to the homes in time, offers out quickly, follow up faster than you can keep up with, Lynn is your girl!! Fired my agent and hired her great decision! Literally Had contract 1 month later.

Elizabeth does such thorough research. She helped us buy an investment property. From making sure that properties were rentable, to writing contracts that protected us, to finding us a reliable tenant, she made this complicated process a smooth one. She responds to all requests quickly and is very detail oriented. If you want an agent who protects your interests, we highly recommend Elizabeth.

Very nice young lady and didn't mind working with an old codger to find a new home. She was very timely, worked with my schedule and pointed out the pros and cons of the properties as we looked at them..

Carla is the most most professional agent we have ever dealt with; she was available at all times to answer any questions or concerns. We received weekly reports of how many people searched our property online, and we were made aware of any showings on our property. We recommend Carla to everyone as she will work harder than anyone to market and sell your property.
