She was very nice to talk to about what was going on with the possible properties and was able to close the property and a speedy manor to ensure I got the house. Maria was wonderful in helping us to find our perfect retirement cottage in the mountains! We started our search about a year and a half before I officially retired. During that course of that time, she took us house hunting five times and we looked at 50 homes total before finding the perfect little mountain cottage that had what we needed. Maria was always willing to drive us around, giving up her Saturdays so that we could gain a true sense of the size of house and locations that would be realistic and affordable for us. On our final trip, we looked at 8 homes all over the North Georgia Mountains and she took us to see the final two contenders a second time at 7PM after a 9 AM start time!!! We can honestly say that we had the perfect realtor who connected us with our perfect home!
