Lynn walked us through the process of selling our home and getting way more than we imagined as well as helping us acquire a new home below market value. Her knowledge and expertise in the local market is paramount to your next home transaction!

Very knowledgeable and helpful with finding me a home. Jessica was able to help me find a house with my specifications and within my budget. She was very nice to talk to about what was going on with the possible properties and was able to close the property and a speedy manor to ensure I got the house. Overall great person to work with and will be sending people to her who are looking for properties in the area.

Robynne is super easy to talk to and I appreciate she actually listens! This has been a very stressful and hard move for me and she's been there every step of the way checking on everything and making sure it all ran smoothly. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor or friend! She always had so much patience with me and my toddlers LOL . I think it's nice to find someone that's not out here to just make money and push you along and go on to the next one. I've never felt like that with her . Thank you Robynne!!

Maria was wonderful in helping us to find our perfect retirement cottage in the mountains! We started our search about a year and a half before I officially retired. During that course of that time, she took us house hunting five times and we looked at 50 homes total before finding the perfect little mountain cottage that had what we needed. Maria was always willing to drive us around, giving up her Saturdays so that we could gain a true sense of the size of house and locations that would be realistic and affordable for us. On our final trip, we looked at 8 homes all over the North Georgia Mountains and she took us to see the final two contenders a second time at 7PM after a 9 AM start time!!! We can honestly say that we had the perfect realtor who connected us with our perfect home!

Maria Ashby is a very knowledgeable realtor in the BentTree area. She was very quick to respond to any questions that arose during the selling process. She also was very good at keeping an eye on our home as it was a vacant second home. All in all we highly recommend Maria as a realtor representing either the buyer or the seller.

We moved our family across four states to an area that we were unfamiliar with and with school starting soon we were under pressure to find a home and needed to find one quickly. Carla Robinson was extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful in providing us with all the information we needed to make a truly informed decision about where we should move our family. Her knowledge of neighborhoods, schools, and even financing took a lot of the stress out of what could have been very stressful. Thank you Carla. I highly recommend Carla Robinson to anyone looking to purchase or selling a house in northwest Georgia.
