I found Brian while searching online for investment properties in the Orlando area. I was unfamiliar with the extended Orlando market when we first started talking, but thanks to Brian's decades of experience in property management and real estate sales in the area, I learned a lot in a very short timeframe. The entire US real estate market is insane given Covid. Availability has decreased and prices are skyrocketing. Brian was able to find investment properties within my budget that met my requirements, and ultimately, found and helped negotiate an accepted offer on a house that I wouldn't have even seen without him because it was out of my price range and would never have shown up in my search results. We had an excellent experience working with Brian. We live out of state and were looking to purchase a second home to rent out as a short term rental. Brian works in the property management industry and was able to help us with our market analysis questions. He had a lot of knowledge and expertise that helped us figure out what size and location of home we wanted. We asked a lot of questions and Brian was fantastic to give us hard data, charts and lots of information as we were figuring out what kind of home we wanted. We bought the home during the housing market craze of 2021. Most people had a difficult time having offers accepted. Brian helped us find a house that was perfect for us, he negotiated the price just prior to the house coming on the market and was able to get it under contract for us without a lot of painful negotiating. Prior to finding our house, he would walk through the homes that we were interested in. He'd call me and tell me the pros and cons of the house and any repairs or changes that may need to be made. Considering we live on the other side of the country, this was so valuable and appreciated. If we purchase another home in Florida Brian is our go to agent! We would highly recommend him.
