She communicates very well with you through the entire process to ensure that everyone is on the same page. I love that! She is also my college classmate so it made my housing experience that much more special. She literally "got out in these streets" (LOL) with my family and I when I was pregnant looking for homes and I'll never forget it! She wouldn't even let us settle for anything that was not on our list! Bottomline this is the best realtor and she cares about your new home just as much as you!
