Megan was recommended by a neighbor who had worked with her to sell their house so we were comfortable that she knew our neighborhood and the local market. We found Megan and her team to be knowledgeable and informative throughout the process and they worked hard in helping us get the house ready for sale. To that end, she made suggestions on staging, painting and other minor details that would help the house to show better. The photographer and online and written materials looked wonderful and were certainly an attraction to potential buyers. They held open houses regularly and kept meticulous records of feedback from potential buyers. Megan was extremely helpful in assisting with negotiations with buyers keeping in mind our goals and requirements. Overall, we had a great experience and sold our home for our desired price.
