Exceeded our expectations and we are thrilled

Josh often said "I'm here for you"--and he has been! We met him through a video he did about Wellen Park (WP). We called him as we wanted to tour the growing community. We had vacationed on the Gulf side of Florida and liked the area. He went the extra mile--starting with several long phone calls with us as we were in California. He agreed to spend a day with us touring WP and we fell in love with the Brightmore community. Within 2 days we decided to build a house--we were thrilled. We trusted Josh (very knowledgeable about WP) to guide us successfully through the process. He is an excellent communicator and stayed in touch through texts and phone calls. He offered to do the first walk through for us, and he accompanied us on the final walk-through and had a good relationship with the builder. He is warm, helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. We liked his "can do attitude" and he referred us to local resources as needed. Nothing was too much trouble. We are so fortunate we chose him to be our realtor who became a friend. We give him our highest recommendation as an amazing realtor who exceeded our expectations. Our new home is beautiful and we are very happy.
