My 94-year-old mom consulted two realtors who said she would not be able to sell her Placerville home for any profit after repaying her reverse mortgage. Thankfully, my husband believed it was a matter of finding the right realtor. I did a Google search for Placerville realtors, looking at reviews and websites. Kristen called me soon after I left a message. She grasped our situation, was reassuring and willing to advise us. She visited Mom's house the next day, devised a sales plan, and advised us throughout. The house sold in a few days, above asking, and with a backup offer also under contract. I am so thankful we found Kristen and did not let the other realtors discourage us. My mom is relieved and thrilled with the results.
