The process started 4-5 months ago. I clicked the contact agent on Zillow and I was talking to Justin within seconds it seemed. I wanted to go see a home and he set that up right away. He didn't ask too many questions he just set up a time to see the house I really liked that. When we met he was on time and really knew his stuff when it came to the home and the condition and repairs. That gave my wife and me, confidence that he wasn't just a car sales type like so many agents are. We decided to keep searching for homes and a couple of weeks later we found a home we loved. Justin negotiated for us to get all of the repairs paid for and closing cost credits. After moving in he took care of our previous home and got it sold in a few weeks. We didn't even have to make 2 mortgage payments which were great. I would surely recommend Justin and his team if you're looking to purchase and sell like we were.

We got an offer of the sale two days after it was posted. That is huge. I felt very comfortable the entire time dealing with Justin and his staff. I appreciated how the paperwork process was so easy. Justin's coordinator accommodated us by sending a mobile notary to finalize the paper work. I did not have to travel 4 hour round trip to sign papers.
