Mike is exactly the realtor you want in your corner. My husband and I worked with him during our recent home search in East Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach and Lighthouse Point. Once we were ready to make an offer, Mike advised us to negotiate when we were ready to pay full price and it paid off! He was the BEST partner during our inspection period when my husband had to go out of town unexpectedly. He was on the roof with the inspector and in the mud (and worse) with the plumber.
