Oswaldo deserves more stars then it is on this review. We were looking around with different real estate agents. And we didn't find exact what we were looking for. Met Oswaldo at an open house and told him that we have been looking for many options already. But didn't find a correct home. Oswaldo took my case further and he listed up all homes that could be something for me. He used much of his time fixing this for me. And it wasn't any problem either it was mid day or evening. We went to alot of homes and looked. He fixed everything so we felt welcome on all possible homes. After several days looking we found one. He were the link between bank and seller. And also was with us until the end. On the closing day. Definetly a person you can count on when you need something. We have our future realestate here for the next property some day. And also a friend for life. Wish him and his team the best. And dont hesitate to call them!

Mike is exactly the realtor you want in your corner. My husband and I worked with him during our recent home search in East Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach and Lighthouse Point. He took time to understand what we both wanted in a home, and what we absolutely didn't want! He is patient and never pushed us to make a hasty decision. Once we were ready to make an offer, Mike advised us to negotiate when we were ready to pay full price and it paid off! He was the BEST partner during our inspection period when my husband had to go out of town unexpectedly. He was on the roof with the inspector and in the mud (and worse) with the plumber. Mike also worked closely with our contractor to help us make informed decisions about future costs. He guided us while we were under contract, helping us stay on schedule with insurance and making sure we understood the closing disclosure. Now that the home is ours, Mike continues to support us with contractor referrals and general questions. He greatly exceeded my expectations and you should jump at the chance to work with him!

Being a first time homebuyer is terrifying, confusing, and overwhelming. But Emmanuel and his wife Jennifer are the best duo you could ask for! He went above and beyond to help me find my first home and helped me understand every step along the way. He has a great eye for things a novice like me would have definitely missed. I am very pleased with Jose Dominguez care and diligence, he went on and beyond the call of duty. So trustworthy, I was out of the States and he carried on like it was his home, he cleaned the garage, inside the house, fumigated and cut trees etc. He made sure the house was ready for viewing.
