Tiana is an amazing Realtor! She is organized, professional and concise. I was unhappy with our previous realtor and after a couple of searches, I decided to give Tiana a call and I am so happy I did! That same day, she setup a meeting to go over our budget and get to know what we were looking for. In the search process, her turnaround response was very quick with communication, providing us with listings and information on the properties. After our first contract was denied, my fiance and I were ready to take a break from house hunting, but Tiana made us believe to keep searching, so we decided to give it another shot. She came out to my house 3 years ago, knowing I was not ready to sell for several years, and gave me feedback on what I needed to do to the house to get it ready for sale. Since some things could be expensive I needed the time to spread out the costs. I was really impressed with her willingness to do this with no guarantee of a job! When I finally called her in September ‘23 telling her I was ready to sell she got right to work. I let her know I still needed to do the last minute things, like putting some things in storage to reduce clutter, painting, power washing, and curb appeal. Once I got all that done she had a photographer here in days, put it on the market the next Monday and had an open house the following Saturday! We got 2 offers that day and sold to one of them.

Oswaldo deserves more stars then it is on this review. We were looking around with different real estate agents. And we didn't find exact what we were looking for. Met Oswaldo at an open house and told him that we have been looking for many options already. But didn't find a correct home. Oswaldo took my case further and he listed up all homes that could be something for me. He used much of his time fixing this for me. And it wasn't any problem either it was mid day or evening. We went to alot of homes and looked. He fixed everything so we felt welcome on all possible homes. After several days looking we found one. He were the link between bank and seller. And also was with us until the end. On the closing day. Definetly a person you can count on when you need something. We have our future realestate here for the next property some day. And also a friend for life. Wish him and his team the best. And dont hesitate to call them!
