•The real estate market was very competitive for luxury sellers for most of 2024. We were in the "exception" market and for that reason not an easy sale. Although we felt we had a great home, there were some layout nuances of the home that would take the right buyer. These factors increased the frustration level of being on the market and preparing the house each time for a showing, but Monica was able to help us see through all the complexities. She helped us understand the dynamics of the market and who was buying, for how much and where they were buying so we did not get caught up in the aggravations of selling the house. Let's be honest selling a home and moving are some the most stressful moments in life. I know we were not easy clients all the time but she always was interested in listening to us, garnishing our feedback and was willing to work with us to get to the end goal of a sold house. Asking for feedback and then responding to feedback is critical in any relationship, especially high stress situations as a house sale. Monica knows the northern Kentucky market very well and is able to help potential buyer's agents connect their needs and wants to your property. Relationship building is vital in the real estate industry and connecting with other agents is one of Monica's strengths. Real estate transactions are complex and you do not want to navigate those without someone who has a great depth of technical knowledge as well as relationship capabilities, Monica is that agent.
