About this property

This private, 2-acre parcel is at the end of a dead end road where no traffic can be seen or heard, just the sounds of birds and the crashing waves of the ocean less than 1000 feet away! Must tour land to discover development options. Lot 104B provides access/driveway and possible parking or storage. Lot 104A is inside forest and offers privacy for a building site, with some large boulders and old forest adding to the natural landscape. The seclusion is un-paralleled in this area, yet New Harbor, bakery, grocery store, boat launch and ocean are all within a mile or less. Land is just behind MacFarland Shores, a private ocean-front community, and was originally part of the McFarland Farm. Lots have been surveyed and a septic plan is included. Electric is nearby. Seller is planning a privacy fence on south side of 104B between lot & neighboring mobile home. (Three-season homes and RVs are not permitted as principal structures.) Electric is near by. Structures shown on 2006 survey have been removed, and MH on neighboring lot is now in different location. Directions: Follow signs to Sally Caldwell Fisher Gallery, which is on Rogers Road. Go to the end of Rodgers Road and bear left at the Y onto lot 104B. Mobile home on right is on separate lot. Park on left which is lot 104B, realtor sign is ahead at edge of lot 104A.

Professional and patient!

I worked with Laurie for nearly 3 years to find a place in Maine. From the beginning, she was always positive and willing to entertain some of my crazy ideas. We looked at more than a few fixer uppers, and finally found the right piece of land. She never complained about my budget (which was small) and presented creative solutions when the property or home wasn’t quite right. Laurie knows her stuff, but also felt comfortable reaching out to others to confirm her hunch or seek additional information. I am located out of state and she went above and beyond dong some of the initial legwork most times. She was great to work with - I highly recommend Laurie.

Very Professional

Our experience with Albert through the advertising and sale of our home in Swanville was both professional and personable. He has a clear strategy in marketing and sales. We would highly recommend that anyone looking to sell or buy a home anywhere allow Albert the chance to prove himself to you as he did with us . Al and Jeannette
