I worked with Laurie for nearly 3 years to find a place in Maine. From the beginning, she was always positive and willing to entertain some of my crazy ideas. We looked at more than a few fixer uppers, and finally found the right piece of land. She never complained about my budget (which was small) and presented creative solutions when the property or home wasn’t quite right. Laurie knows her stuff, but also felt comfortable reaching out to others to confirm her hunch or seek additional information. I am located out of state and she went above and beyond dong some of the initial legwork most times. She was great to work with - I highly recommend Laurie.

She always listened to us, communicated perfectly and truly understood what we were looking for in a home. We relocated to Maine from Arizona, and our move took longer than anticipated. Laurie checked in with us regularly and kept us and our house hunt in mind, even though we were living on the other side of the country. She is knowledgeable of and familiar with many areas of the state, and was able to guide our search toward the best location for us. Laurie answered our questions thoroughly and always advocated for us and our interests. We have bought and sold properties in several states, and our experience with Laurie was the best we’ve had. She is a dream agent, and we are happy to call her a friend as well!

Laurie marketing was with confidence and knowledge of reality sales. Laurie did over ten showings a day and was very successful in marketing with my house. Laurie would keep me in touch with any questions that I needed to answer for the potential buyers. Laurie got thousands of dollars more than the asking price for my family on the sale. Everything went perfect under her with the buyer and myself at closing. I recommend Laurie to anyone that is selling their house. She does a great job. She’s very dedicated to her work and doesn’t mind working long hours. She sold our house in five days. Great job so happy.

She went above and beyond to help me and my husband sell our house. It was difficult and she made it happen! She taught and helped me with things I didn’t understand. She constantly checked up on me when I was stressed and became more of a friend than a realtor and she was so good at her job. I got referenced for her by a friend and I knew she was perfect for the job. Her personality and work ethic are both amazing qualities. I recommend her to anyone, she can sell any house.

It has been a long journey for me to find a house. Laurie was understanding to my needs vs wants and knew that my needs were actual needs and would keep me in line when I started to give in to my needs to just get a house that would not be the right house for me. When we walked into this house, it hit all my needs and very little cons for me. It felt right to her and me both. It was the right house. I would hire her again and I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy or sell. She is amazing person inside and out. I made a new friend :)
