•I found Dan to be very professional, knowledgable of real estate. Always had my best interest in mind. Was there for me 100 percent. He guided me through the selling process step by step always explaining everything to me and answering any questions big or small I had. When we hit a few bumps in the process, he had the solution. During the home inspection, the attic was found to have mold. Dan has professionals he uses on his home and clients homes and within a couple of days the mold was gone. He cares about his clients and strives to make the process the easiest it can be. I also was privileged to work with his amazing wife, Denise. I think of them as the Dynamic Duo of real estate. They are down to earth, easy to work with, and want their clients happy. I was honored to work with them on the sale of my home and proud to call them my cousins. I will definitely work with them in the future. Sincerely , Debra Papen
