Thanks to Lisa's recommendations and management of the listing we sold the property at a price higher than I would have thought we could get and it was only on the market for about a week before it went under contract. She was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process all the way to closing and provided a very personal touch, even with the home inspection contingency.
