We had been working with Brent for well over a year in a search for the right Florida home. Brent was very direct in commenting on the homes. In some cases, we thought we might be able to make something work, but Brent was very honest with us and changed our minds, pointing out negative factors that we missed. We were surprised at first because he turned away a sale, but as time went on, we realized that this is how he rolls. We really appreciated this. He came through in a big way, securing an offer that was above what we discussed listing the house for in a very short period of time. He was professional in all of our dealings with him and we concluded the sale of our home without a hitch. We were very pleased with how things went.

He recommended a mortgage company, an insurance company, an inspector....all worked well for me and with me. Excellent communicator, returns calls promptly, obtains needed information quickly. Has reputable contacts for inspections, appraisals, etc. Shows all properties on the market you might be interested in. Knows the area well and gives good guidance on what is likely to be coming on the market. We will use him again.
